BELLBIRD PARK PAVILION
The new pavilion, serving as the home of the West Gippsland Hockey Association, the Drouin Dragons Soccer Club, and a satellite venue for the Drouin Cricket Club, delivers a modern, female-friendly and multi-purpose community facility featuring:

A commercial kitchen, audio-visual equipment, and flexible room layouts, with access to male, female, and accessible toilets.

Four new player change rooms with inclusive amenities.

Two officials’ rooms with amenities.

Dedicated storage areas.

A first aid room.

An office/meeting room.

Two canteens.

A convenient drop-off zone.
In addition to supporting local sport, the facility will provide a community event space and play an important role in advancing the Drouin Community Hub vision.
Designed with broader community use and events in mind, the pavilion includes modern amenities such as a commercial kitchen, integrated audio-visual systems, flexible internal configurations, and a new car park with a drop-off area for improved accessibility.
The project was developed in close collaboration with a Project Reference Group (PRG) comprising representatives from local sporting clubs and community members, ensuring the final design reflects community needs and aspirations.
