COFFEE POD
The Stockland shopping centre in Traralgon required a 1,000m2 single level extension for a new entry and additional café, optometrist and book store tenants.
JJC Design undertook the Design and specification of the development, and utilitised the latest in high grade fire rating Vitracore G2 external cladding with anodised louvres, texture painted precast panels and FC sheeting using an array of colour including: copper, zeus black, smoke bush and monument grey.
Project Value $4 Million.
Completed November 2018.
