One of the Oldest buildings in Traralgon, Cafe Stellina is located in what was formally known as 'The Star Hotel'. This heritage building (complete with bark lined log stud walls) was redeveloped for the Owner 'Latrobe City Council' and their tenant 'Cafe Stellina'. 

We designed their new Kitchen and Pizza oven within the tight confines of the existing structure, and added a new gabled alfresco dining area. The new spaces create an area fit for a 21 Century restaurant.
