Bushfire resistant home design
Since the tragic 2009 Black Saturday Bushfires, members of the JJC Design team have undertaken specific training in the assessment and design of bushfire rated homes. We have designed numerous Bushfire Rated homes varying from BAL 12.5 (the lowest form of bushfire attack) BAL 19, BAL 29, BAL 40 all the way through to BAL - FZ.
Our experience has seen us designing homes right across victoria, from Wye River to Harrietville, and in some of the countries most heavily vegetated regions.
Our experience in Passive house Design also aids in the various aspects in designing better Bushfire resistant Homes.
